Ulugbek Aidos – President of E-ScamHunters

Ulugbek Aidos, President of E-ScamHunters, is a highly respected figure in the realm of private investigations and cyber intelligence. As a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, Ulugbek brings not only discipline and resilience but also tactical expertise to the digital battlefield against scams and fraud.

He earned his degree in Private Investigation Services from a prestigious university in Hungary, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and holds multiple board certifications, including Certified Social Media Analyst, Certified Social Media Expert, and Classified Intelligence Gathering Expert. He is also trained in Interrogation and Interviewing Techniques, making him a formidable leader in intelligence operations.

Before founding E-ScamHunters, Ulugbek worked with a leading national investigation agency as a specialist in insurance fraud and workers’ compensation investigations. He also served as the Lead Private Investigator for a regulatory body in Europe dedicated to private investigative services. His previous roles include Field Operations Supervisor for a European-based Security and Intelligence firm and Regional Asset Protection Supervisor. In addition, he has served as a Behavioral Health Analyst, lending his psychological expertise to high-profile investigative cases.

Under Ulugbek’s visionary leadership, E-ScamHunters has garnered accolades across Europe for its contributions to digital forensics and scam prevention. The company has been featured in multiple European investigative journals and recognized by international fraud prevention boards for its excellence.

Evnika Noe – Chief Investigator & Forensics Specialist

Evnika Noe is a trailblazer in forensic investigation and digital intelligence. Her journey began with military service as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, after which she pursued a dual academic path in Biochemistry and Criminal Justice at Chicago State University, earning accolades for her scientific research in Alzheimer’s treatment compounds derived from fruits and berries.

Upon relocating to Europe in 2016, Evnika pursued further education in Forensic Chemistry at a research institute in the Netherlands and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology followed by a second master’s in Digital Forensics. During her academic tenure, she invented a paper microfluidic device with real-world applications in forensic serology, now used in several EU investigative labs.

Evnika is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Licensed Private Investigator, and her expertise led to a groundbreaking court case in Germany in 2019, where she secured a marriage annulment based on immigration fraud, becoming the first person in the country to achieve such a legal milestone using digital evidence collection.

Her specialties include:

    • Evidence collection via subpoenas, interviews, and surveillance

    • Digital data extraction

    • Partnership with former immigration officers to combat fraudulent marriage cases

Driven by her relentless pursuit of justice and a strong desire to empower victims of fraud, Evnika is preparing to begin her Law Degree in Belgium to further elevate her capacity as a legal advocate and forensic expert.
